Meet Our Plastic Surgery Staff

During a phone call or visit to our office, you are likely to be greeted by at least one of two people who are instrumental to the comfortable environment and smooth operation of our office: Theresa or Carolyn. Each of these very personable patient liaisons has years of experience working in medical offices, and was hand-picked and trained to provide you with prompt, friendly and confidential service for your plastic surgery needs in the Chicago area.

Theresa is our extremely efficient and energetic office/billing manager, who joined us in 2002 after 13 years' worth of experience with the OB/GYNE Associates of Lake Forest. She generates all billing, deals directly with insurance companies regarding reimbursement (when applicable), orders important office and medical supplies including implants, and is a valuable resource regarding the overall operation of the office in general.

Carolyn has been with us for several years as our front office receptionist/patient liaison. She is here to guide you to the examination rooms, as well as provide you with assistance in scheduling surgeries, procedures or appointments. She also handles important insurance predetermination matters.

Paulette is our licensed skin aesthetician who administers our "Afterglow" Aesthetic Skin Care Services. Paulette, who has practiced under the supervision of several area dermatologists, is currently offering medical-grade facial skin care services (such as facials and glycolic acid peels) as well as exfoliation and resurfacing procedures (such as microdermabrasion), in addition to monthly laser therapy, to smooth, refine and rejuvenate your overall appearance without undergoing invasive surgery. Appointments for skin evaluations or formal treatments generally are on Wednesday afternoons. Paulette is happy to see patients from all over the Chicago area who are instead interested in non-invasive skin rejuvenation.
