AFTER (8 mo)

AFTER (8 mo)

This is a 48 year-old woman who had previously undergone a Chicago abdominoplasty as well as left-sided carpal tunnel release through our office, who was not interested in addressing the ptosis (or drooping) of her breasts.  These had gradually enlarged from a B-cup to a larger C-cup during adult life, especially after having delivered and breast fed two children, and she was particularly dismayed about the "deflated" appearance of her breasts.

I recommended a standard mastopexy (breast lift) with a limited inframammary transverse incision (she also underwent concomitant liposuction of her lower back and thigh areas.  She recovered from these procedures very quickly and was back to near-normal activities in several weeks (photographs are from approximately 8 months post-op.)

Patient Age: 48
Patient Gender: Female
