This 34 year-old Lake Forest area woman had delivered 3 children (naturally), and was in a stable weight range of 130', but wished to address her general abdominal fullness that resisted attempts at diet and exercise. I recommended she undergo a formal abdominoplasty that many Chicago-area patients seek through our offices. This was performed as an overnight procedure, which she tolerated well, with dramatic recontouring, good resolution of swelling and reasonable scar coloration seen at only 2 months post-op.
