This 33 year-old mother of 3 presented with fairly good symmetry, minimal nipple ptosis, and a (smaller) 34B bra size. She wished to utilize saline implants to correct her mild loss of superior pole fullness, and to ultimately be in a C-cup bra size range.She underwent the placement of 325cc saline implants via an inframammary approach bilaterally, and had an uneventful recovery. (Photographs are from approximately 3 months post-op.)
