35 year-old female with 34A cup, post-partum involution following 3 children (including 3-year old twins), all of whom she breast fed. Desired a more subtle C cup bra size.Because she was quite thin (120 pounds), it was felt that a relatively smaller implant would give her the desired effect. Therefore, smooth round saline implants in the low 300cc range were utilized. These nicely filled out her "post-partum involution", and remained in a stable position despite her active lifestyle. (Photos are from approximately nine months post-op).
