36 year-old female with 34 A/B bra size and post-partum involution after having had 3 children. She had breast-fed in a minor way, but wished to mostly address her "post-partum involution" and achieve a C-cup bra size range. The patient was also interested in addressing the excess skin of her abdomen, and therefore wished to undergo a concomitant abdominoplasty, as a combination procedure to address the changes of motherhood, also known as a "Mommy Makeover". She indeed ultimately underwent both of these procedures without any complications. Implants in the high-300cc range were placed, and she was soon back taking care of her children without limitations (and soon after moved back to the West Coast, photos are from approximately 5 months post-op).
