41 year-old female with 34A cup and post-partum involution, after 3 children (all of whom she breast-fed). She had mild "pseudoptosis" (drooping of skin below the nipple), and wished to be in a B/C cup range.Because of her significant "deflation" effect, I recommended the placement of relatively large saline implants via the inframammary fold in the submuscular position. Ultimately, 375cc implants were used. The patient did quite nicely with minimal post-op discomfort. (Photographs are from 3 months post-op.)
