25 year-old female with 34AA cup bra size, no children. She wished to be in a fuller B-cup bra size range, so that she could remain athletically active.As this was performed in 2005 (before silicone gel implants were again widely available for primary - or first-time - augmentations, we used smooth round saline implants placed submuscularly via the inframammary fold. Each implant was 275cc filled to 280 cc. She had an uneventful post-op recovery, and was very pleased with her somewhat understated but effective (especially in the cleavage area) augmentation. (Photos are from approximately 5 months post-op).
