42 year-old woman who had lost approximately 50-60 pounds and was left with a moderate amount of bilateral upper arm skin excess that would not be amenable to liposuction alone. It was advised that her best chance at optimal recontouring would involve fairly aggressive skin excision and redraping of the tissues from the posterior arm to the front (this incision remains on the upper inner arm, and does not show as a "seam" from behind; it can only be seen if the arm is held up and the hand held outward). She underwent this procedure as an outpatient, utilized compression wraps for 2-4 weeks and did very nicely, with photos here shown at approximately 3 months (her incisions remained will hidden, and faded further).

Patient Age: 42
Patient Gender: Female
