54 year-old female with a 36DDD bra size, who had chronic symptoms of back and neck pain, as well as an inability to exercise adequately, especially following a recent knee injury. I agreed with her primary care physician that she would greatly benefit from a breast reduction. She also had a moderate amount of lower abdominal tissue redundancy, as well as a depressed appendectomy scar, so I advised recommended that she consider a concomitant abdominoplasty. She indeed underwent a standard breast reduction via the inferior pedicle technique (with an anchor-shaped Wise-pattern scar), as well as a standard abdominoplasty, and facial filler (Restylane) to the nasolabial fold areas, as well as her lower eyelid/"tear trough" areas. She recovered extremely nicely - effectively undergoing a "Mommy Makeover" - with almost overnight relief of her back pain symptoms, and excellent recontouring of her abdomen. (Photos are from approximately 7 months post-op.)
