"Mommy Makeover" Before & After Photos

This is a 36 year-old female with 34 A/B bra size and post-partum involution, after having had 3 children. She had breast-fed to a degree, but wished to mostly address her "post-partum involution"/loss of superior pole fullness, lift her nipples a bit, and achieve a C-cup bra size range. In addition to undergoing this breast augmentation, the patient was also interested in addressing the excess skin of her abdomen resulting from her pregnancies, and therefore wished to undergo a concomitant abdominoplasty, as a combination procedure to address the changes of motherhood.

Because she was quite healthy (and had some good help at home), I recommended that she undergo both of these procedures at the same sitting, in a procedure that has come to be popularized as a "Mommy Makeover".  She indeed ultimately underwent both of these procedures without any complications, and recovered fairly quickly.  Implants in the high-300cc range were placed, and because she had relatively little superior (upper) abdominal redundancy, the abdominal incision was a bit higher than most, but she otherwise was very pleased with the more favorable balance and appearance of her chest and abdominal areas.  The patient was fully recovered within 4-6 weeks (and soon after moved back to the West Coast; photos are from approximately 5 months post-op).
