Breast Surgery Revisions

Case #1: 23 year-old with late result of implant malposition ("symmastia") following augmentation elsewhere, treated by replacement of 300cc saline implants in the submuscular position and repair of the mid-chest abnormality.

Case #2: 48 year-old with ruptured left saline-filled implant. Underwent bilateral replacement with same-sized saline-filled implants (275cc), and limited mastopexy; approximately 4 weeks post-op.
