Dr. Steinwald and the staff at Lake Forest Plastic Surgery (located just outside of Chicago) are committed to helping you with your cosmetic goals by providing affordable options and solid value. Because plastic surgery and medical spa service fees will be based on the individual treatments that are right for you, pricing will be provided immediately following your consultation.
In order to offer patients a third-party payment plan for our plastic surgery services, we have finalized arrangements with CareCredit, which offers financing for cosmetic procedures. You can apply online or have a member of our staff help you fill out the paperwork following your consultation.
